As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the digital presence and performance of Medine Property and its subsidiaries.

 

The Digital Marketing Specialist will craft and execute innovative digital marketing strategies, ensuring effective engagement across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, generate qualified leads, and support sales efforts. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be involved but not limited to: 

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve business objectives across Medine Property's portfolio.
  • Coordinate and manage performance-driven digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and property listing sites.
  • Align campaign execution with business goals, ensuring optimal use of budget to deliver measurable outcomes, including improved traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

Social Media Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement creative social media strategies for Medine Property and its subsidiaries to build a strong online presence.
  • Monitor and manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to ensure they meet set objectives, including engagement and lead generation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and implement best practices in campaigns.

Content Creation &  Creative Briefing

  • Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to the company’s audience across social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design teams and external suppliers to produce high-quality visual and video content aligned with the brand's identity and marketing objectives.
  • Drive engagement and traffic through innovative content marketing strategies, ensuring that all digital touchpoints reflect the company’s vision and value propositions.
Community Management 
  • Monitor and manage online community interactions, ensuring timely and effective responses across Messenger, Facebook Inbox, and other relevant platforms.
  • Maintain a strong brand voice and ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize community feedback and sentiment analysis to guide future campaigns and improve customer experience.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions) for all digital channels, providing insights and recommendations for future improvement.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize ongoing efforts based on data.
  • Analyze customer and digital behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for improving campaign performance.
Team Collaboration 
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing & Growth to support demand generation activities and ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal business units and stakeholders to support business activities, ensuring digital initiatives are aligned with overall company goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure digital strategies complement offline marketing efforts and sales activities.
Any other cognate duties as may be necessary in the circumstances and / or required by the employer.
Minimum experience requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, communication, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and working with tools like Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, AgoraPulse, or equivalent.
Minimum education requirements 
  • A degree in marketing, communication, digital marketing, or any related field

Required skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Strong understanding of data protection policies and implications in digital marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet changing demands and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Creative thinker with a flexible mindset, able to quickly adapt to new digital trends.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools, with the ability to oversee the design and production of high-quality digital content.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights that drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
