The Digital Marketing Executive administers the social media profiles of ENL Property brands with the development, execution and reporting of social media marketing strategies.
This position assist the team in order to drive visibility, interest, conversation and preference on digital platforms for ENL Property brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage social media content, strategies and campaigns.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to implement online community promotion and engagement strategies.
- Ensure visibility and aura of (mainly Moka/Moka’mwad) events.
- Partner with the Marketing and Communication team to ensure proper and relevant online messaging, ensuring consistency of messages across multiple platforms.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Design & create content personally
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimisation.
- Ensure all communication, content and marketing efforts are in line with vision, mission, ambition and brand strategy.
- Keep up to date with latest developments and trends in the digital sphere to contribute to a favourable external positioning of ENL Property brands.
- Monitor and develop reports and performance metrics/insights, with recommendations on ways to optimise for scale (Social Media, SEO and AdWords campaigns).
- Produce and present monthly digital reports for all managed brands.
- Identify, report and advise on potential opportunities or risks.
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related fields.
- Excellent spoken and written English, French and Mauritian Kreol: general ability to express ideas and concepts clearly and concisely, both in writing and orally.
- 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Skills and experience in Digital (CMS, Analytics...)
- Good interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, taking into account cultural and language difficulties.
- Well-developed MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
- Show initiative and be self-motivated.
