The job incumbent will focus mainly on developing, implementing and overseeing Digital Marketing Strategies for our Brands and Business Units aligning with our overall marketing strategy.
The job incumbent will focus mainly on developing, implementing and overseeing Digital Marketing Strategies for our Brands and Business Units aligning with our overall marketing strategy. You will also (i) be in charge of uplifting our online community and (ii) be part of our on-going online growth and rewarding campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop compelling Digital Marketing strategies across all our online platforms
- Develop campaigns to drive store traffic, online conversions and sales.
- Develop, Implement, Monitor & Optimise online advertisement campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc)
- Help grow all our brands and subsidiaries online presence and engagement
- Manage and develop all social media platforms
- Create and curate engaging content across all our social media platform: written content, images, videos etc
- Monitor, Measure and Analyse digital marketing efforts metrics (Google Analytics, Online Ads, Social Media Performance)
- Report on online reviews and feedback from clients and potential clients
- Stay up to date with changes in the digital marketing landscape and identify opportunities to improve digital marketing efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Photoshop and Illustrator are a definite advantage
- Experience with SEO and SEM, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Emailing platforms
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of online commerce
- Ability to write clearly and support word processing when necessary
- Ability to multitask and work well under limited supervision
- Analytical skills
- Great communication skills
- 4+ years of experience in related fields
