Data & Inventory Controller

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data & Inventory Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting physical verification of stock items, inputting stock commands and transactions into our computerized system, preparing and labeling products across various premises, ensuring proper storage of stock articles, participating in yearly stock takes, and maintaining smooth operation and coordination within the stock department and other business units.

- Conduct physical verification of stock items for quality and condition assessment.

- Input stock commands and transactions into the computerized system.

- Prepare, verify, and label products across various premises.

- Ensure proper storage of stock articles and items.

- Participate in and reconcile yearly general stock takes.

- Ensure smooth operation and coordination between the stock department and other business units.

- Promote excellence in day-to-day work.

- Proven experience in data management and inventory control.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in computerized inventory systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
