QUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENTS:
1. School Certificate/ Higher School Certificate
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service environment
2. Ready to work on weekends, if needed and public holidays
3. Good typing skills and ability to multitask
4. Self motivated, positive attitude and customer-focused
5. Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment as well as proactive
6. Excellent written and spoken English and French is a MUST
7. Hardworking with a ‘’Can Do’’ attitude
