Overview: The role of a Data Integration Analyst involves collecting, processing, qualifying, and analyzing data to extract actionable insights that can inform decision-making within an organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection:
    • Gather data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and external datasets.
  2. Data Processing:
    • Preprocess and clean raw data to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and consistency for analysis.
  3. Data Qualification:
    • Assess the quality and reliability of data, identify any issues or anomalies, and resolve them as necessary.
  4. Data Analysis:
    • Use statistical techniques, data mining algorithms, and visualization tools to analyze data and uncover patterns, trends, and correlations.
    • Ensure that the collected elements—multi-source data, invoices, contractual elements, and others—are sufficient for the implementation of our digital products.
    • Identify exceptions or special cases that may not be adequately covered by the standard pricing grid and ensure they are appropriately handled by obtaining feedback and validation from both internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Information Generation:
    • Extract meaningful insights from the analyzed data and translate them into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  6. Collaboration and Communication with Stakeholders:
    • Effectively communicate to ensure all stakeholders clearly understand the necessary changes to achieve more accurate product deliverables in the future.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the software quality and user experience.
    • Actively participate in team meetings and foster effective communication channels.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Continuously refine data analysis techniques, explore new methodologies, and stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of data analysis efforts.
    • Participate in training programs and skills development to support professional growth.
    • Contribute to process improvement and quality initiatives within the organization.
  8. Collaborative Teamwork:
    • Work closely with the manager and other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to product delivery.
    • Regularly participate in team meetings and offer ideas and suggestions to improve projects.
  9. Compliance with Policies and Standards:
    • Adhere to company policies and industry best practices in all aspects of the work.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality as required.

Key Skills:

  1. Degree: BSc 1:1 or 2:1 in Actuarial Science / Statistics / Sciences / Engineering / Management Control / Economics / Econometrics.
  2. Proficiency in both English and French (oral and written).
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
  5. Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
  6. Critical Thinking
  7. Ability to work in a team.
  8. Curiosity and willingness to learn.
