Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to interpret complex datasets.

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Management: Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain and update databases and data systems as needed.

• Reporting and Visualization: Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.

• Data Analysis: Use statistical techniques to analyze datasets, identify trends, and uncover insights that drive business decisions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection and analysis processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

• Monitoring and Evaluation: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.

• Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data management.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

•  Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics.

• Certification in data analytics or related fields is a plus.
