Creative director
The Creative Director will be the visionary leader responsible for shaping the creative identity and storytelling of Vallé Adventure Park. You will oversee brand development, marketing campaigns, event concepts, digital content, and guest experience design. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and team leadership to deliver impactful and unforgettable visitor experiences.
Lead all creative initiatives including visual identity, campaign strategy, and design direction.
Conceptualise and execute branding for events, seasonal promotions, and themed park experiences.
Work with marketing, events, and digital teams to produce high-quality multimedia content.
Develop creative guidelines and brand standards across all platforms.
Guide the production of video, social media assets, web content, signage, and merchandise.
Collaborate with external agencies, influencers, and tourism partners to amplify brand visibility.
Monitor trends in tourism, design, and visitor engagement to keep Vallé Adventure Park fresh and innovative.
Bachelor’s degree in Creative Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
7+ years of experience in creative direction, preferably in leisure, hospitality, tourism, or entertainment.
Proven portfolio in campaign development, branding, or experience design.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of design tools and content production workflows.
Passion for storytelling, tourism, and creating joyful experiences for diverse audiences.
Experience working in eco-tourism or theme park environments.
Familiarity with the Mauritian tourism market or international leisure trends.
Fluency in both English and French/Creole.
