Data Analyst

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong development capabilities. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining automation projects and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Automation

• Design and deliver state-of-the-art automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain BI reporting solutions.
• Analyze data using advanced statistical techniques and visualization tools.
• Clean and manipulate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

2. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with clients, business consultants, and project managers to align solutions with business needs.
• Implement requirements using appropriate technologies and Agile methodologies.

3. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test cases, and training materials.
• Contribute to knowledge management and documentation updates.
• Train and assist junior BI developers onto the automation domains 

4. Technical Expertise

• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing reports.
• Stay updated with emerging Automation, BI and AI technologies.
• Set up and manage reporting environments.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong programming and development skills, including SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and scripting languages like Python, PHP, or .NET.
• Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Power Automate or/and UiPath).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MS Access, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and web services/APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP).
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure [Windows Servers], network technologies (TCP/IP), and development tools [SQL server Management Studio/ GIT]
• Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., QlikView) and ETL processes. 
• Experience in Azure, Elastic, Elastic Search, Dataiku and AI would be a plus

• Fluency in English (French proficiency is a plus).

Additional Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Willingness to work in shifts and extended hours if required.
• Team player with a self-learning attitude and openness to process improvements and training deployment/Coaching to junior members
