Winners, the leading supermarket chain in Mauritius is looking for a Digital Coordinator to consolidate its marketing and digital team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
•Write and edit product content that will be published on ECommerce websites/portals.
•Assist in the setting up of standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
•Work closely with different teams (The Shop, Graphics, Commercial) to provide updated content that will be shared across E-Commerce platforms.
•Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
•Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.
•Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, etc) to stay organized.
•Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
•Develop and assist in the creation of engaging content for social media platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
•BSc degree in Marketing or Digital or relevant fields
•Above 1 year experience in a fast-paced, E-Commerce business and / or hands-on experience in managing and maintaining E-Commerce websites/portals.
•Thorough experience with Microsoft Excel is a prerequisite.
•Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign) or editing tools would be an advantage.
