This role involves managing team assignments, monitoring progress, optimizing team performance, and ensuring the continuous development and training of team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of cybersecurity analysts, providing daily guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Develop and implement training programs aligned with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and methodologies
- Participate in the hiring, recruitment, and onboarding of new team members to maintain a strong and capable workforce
- Assign cybersecurity assessments to team members based on expertise and workload, ensuring clear communication of responsibilities and deadlines
- Monitor ongoing assessments, addressing issues promptly to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with client-focused teams to handle queries and project assignments efficiently.
- Manage interactions with external vendors, ensuring efficient resolution of queries and requirements
- Oversee the coordination of team cases with vendors, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Provide regular updates on assessment status, team performance, and critical issues to the Cybersecurity Services Director
- Ensure local operations align with global cybersecurity strategies and best practices
- Participate in meetings and discussions to share insights, best practices, and receive strategic direction
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience managing teams of 40+ professionals
- Strong background in working with clients and external stakeholders
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to manage and motivate teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience in developing, implementing, and tracking performance metrics
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
