Customs Broker

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customs Clearing Specialist to manage and oversee the import and export operations of vehicles and spare parts.

Key duties:

• Manage import of vehicles and parts, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Prepare and process all necessary customs documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Have good understand of customs regulations and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Calculate and arrange payment of customs duties, taxes, and other fees.
• Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions for auditing and compliance purposes.
• Other related duties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and trade compliance.
• Proficiency in using customs software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
