Our client in the agricultural sector is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Officer who will report to the Customer Service Lead. The incumbent will liaise with buyers once sales contracts are finalized and ensure goods are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure payment receipt is as per agreed payment terms and conditions and as per specifications.
- Ensure full customer satisfaction with high champion culture.
- Efficient and effective communication as and when required.
- Effective follow up of all details concerning quantity, type of product, format, shipping plan.
- Follow up on order detail: quality, type, format, and shipping schedule.
- Proper invoicing and follow up on settlement of invoice.
- Feedback to customers, whenever required.
- Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure zero occurrence on delivery date, quality, quantity, documentation required.
- Handling customer complaints effectively and close the loop.
Profile:
- HSC /A level.
- Diploma in Customer Relationship Management or at least 3 years’ experience in Order Management Process (preferably export customers).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.
Skills:
- Positive attitude.
- Organized and focused on details.
- Fluent in English and French (both oral and written).
- Team Player.
- Good negotiating skills.
- Ability to build relationship with stakeholders.
