Our client in the agricultural sector is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Officer who will report to the Customer Service Lead. The incumbent will liaise with buyers once sales contracts are finalized and ensure goods are delivered on time.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure payment receipt is as per agreed payment terms and conditions and as per specifications.
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction with high champion culture.
  • Efficient and effective communication as and when required.
  • Effective follow up of all details concerning quantity, type of product, format, shipping plan.
  • Follow up on order detail: quality, type, format, and shipping schedule.
  • Proper invoicing and follow up on settlement of invoice.
  • Feedback to customers, whenever required.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure zero occurrence on delivery date, quality, quantity, documentation required.
  • Handling customer complaints effectively and close the loop.
Profile:
  • HSC /A level.
  • Diploma in Customer Relationship Management or at least 3 years’ experience in Order Management Process (preferably export customers).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.

Skills:
  • Positive attitude.
  • Organized and focused on details.
  • Fluent in English and French (both oral and written).
  • Team Player.
  • Good negotiating skills.
  • Ability to build relationship with stakeholders.
  • Proactive.
