Recruiting for Customer Service Coordinator
Receiving and processing of customer orders for ALPLA_MU (Preforms) & ALPLA_SA (Closures)
- Provide general assistance to Sales team and handle quotations.
- Perform admin task with respect to Sales invoicing and circularization.
- Develop and maintain good customer relation by attending to their queries in an appropriate time limit .
- Prepare export documentation for outbound. (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, PFI, SADC Comesa and EUR1) and ensure proper execution of export documents for closures only.
- Work closely with:
- Planning to following up on all customer orders,
- Debtors to assisting with customer related queries.
- Warehouse & Distribution to assist with planning of deliveries and collections.
- Attend daily production and planning meetings to give customer and Key Account Manager feedback to operational departments and be informed about operational issues.
- Assist Key Account Manager with the handling of customer complaints
PREREQUISITES:
EITHER
A. Higher School Certificate (HSC) or General Certificate of Education (GCE), with 2 “A” Level or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
B. Minimum 3 years’ sales experience would be advantage
CANDIDATE PROFILE : Applicants should possess the following profile:
- Be computer literate and be proficient with MS Office.
- Excellent written and oral skills both in French and English
- Have outstanding planning and organisational skills
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Have Export Knowledge
- Ability to act on own initiative and work without close supervision.
- Good people skills must be able to work in a team
