Job Purpose

As the Head of ICT and Digital, you will lead a team dedicated to providing comprehensive ICT and digital support across all companies within the Evaco Group. Your primary focus will be on driving the digital transformation of the group's analog businesses, leveraging digital tools, platforms, technologies, and services to create innovative value propositions.

Responsibilities:

Strategic ICT Leadership:

• Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive innovation through the implementation of advanced technologies and digital solutions.
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of IT projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Technical Expertise:

• Oversee the establishment and management of robust IT infrastructure and systems.
• Ensure seamless operation of IT services, including network security, data management, and system maintenance.
• Implement best practices in IT service management and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Team Management:

• Mentor and guide a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality technical support and solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the IT department.
• Drive performance excellence through effective coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.

Digital Transformation:

• Spearhead digital initiatives to optimize business processes and enhance customer experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and growth.
• Lead the adoption of emerging technologies to drive business success and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in IT management, network administration, and cybersecurity.
• Strong technical background with expertise in cloud computing, data analytics, and IT infrastructure.
• Certification in ITIL, CISSP, or other relevant certifications is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
