Customer Service Associate

OMA Group of Companies which is in existence for 34 years is expanding its activities in Mauritius and need of a Customer Service Associate.

You are young, dynamic , have experience in customer service in freight forwarding and logistics and looking for that opportunity to join a regional group with presence in multiple countries in Africa and representation presence in Europe , Middle east and South Africa then look no further for your own personal growth.

-          HSC or Graduate

-          3 years’ experience in logistics

-          Proven capacity in handling imports and export files door to door

-          Good or keen to learn new systems ( expecting Microsoft tools levels to be good)

-          Ready to take the challenge of being part of the expansion ambition of OMA Group

-          Dedicated , Customer centric , proactive and ready to run the extra mile
