Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional handling of inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our life insurance products and services.

Island Life Assurance Co. Ltd is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join the Customer Service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess insurance proposals for completeness and compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to AML/CFT guidelines and ensure accurate risk assessment.
• Provide quotes and policy details to clients, sales teams, and brokers.
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, assignments, and client inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team and clients to resolve errors or obtain additional information.
• Ensure timely processing of insurance transactions, including payments and reconciliations.
• Deliver prompt responses to correspondence, walk-in inquiries, and phone calls.
• Provide accurate loan and surrender value quotations.
• Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and maintain adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain compliance with legal and industry standards.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a Diploma.
• Well-versed with MS Office Tools, (Excel, Word & Powerpoint).
• Good communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
