The Customer Service Administrator shall contribute to execute the order process management.

Natec Medical Ltd is an integrated design, development and manufacturing company specialized in Percutaneous Interventional Medical Devices for the global market. Natec Medical's client base is represented on all 6 continents, with Asia being our largest zone.
The CSA is responsible for immediate internal and external communication with respect to customer orders planning and status. S/he shall carry out customer satisfaction surveys and analyse data; Put in place actions with the Sales Manager to improve customer experience. The CSA will also be responsible to draft quotes, proforma invoices and other necessary Sales & Marketing process related documents and maintain client records.
Main Responsibilities
Order process management:
- Order acknowledgement and management in ERP system
- Delivery plan monitoring with Operations team – from order till shipment
- Monitoring of client ordering trend versus forecasts
Customer Service:
- Communication - internal and external, upwards and downwards communication on a need to know basis
- Customer satisfaction surveys
Sales Administration:
- NDA drafting
- Quotes, Proforma Invoices, and other sales related documents creation
- Electronic and paper file maintenance for customers
ERP system updates (product codes, contracts updates)

Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Customer Service and/or Sales and Marketing field plus 3 to 5 years’ experience.
