Requirements

  • Call Centre / Sales Experience
  • HSC/Diploma/Degree holder. 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Must be able to demonstrate sales, negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/ G Suite, Instant Messaging and email clients. 
  • You exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when talking to customers.
