The CX Assistant will support the team in the digitization, automation and communication project on a temporary basis.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the review of the digital platforms
- Prepare the CRM and subsequently identify issues of hindering digital use
- Identify concerns of the customer journey and propose actions to correct them
- Contribute to the testing of products and services
- Monitor cases and analyse Voice of Customer
- Monitor and close loop the VOC from CSAT surveys and take appropriate actions.
- Proceed with sanity checks of customers’ platforms (www.emtel.com, Facebook., etc.)
- Contribute to the review of communication at all customer touch points
- Propose solutions to re-design self-service solutions which provide customers the opportunity to digitally self-serve
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum diploma holder in management, marketing or communication
- One (1) year of experience will be an advantage
Required Skills and Aptitudes:
- Customer focus and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- Team oriented person
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and deliver results within deadlines
- Willingness to work extended hours and during weekends on urgencies
