Customer driven and passionate about providng quality service to tourists, you shall be a key member of this department. Responsible for all customers' assistance & follow-up during their stay on the island (via telephone calls & emails) and in close collaboration with our field staff members, excursion providers and local/overseas partners.
EXPERIENCE
- Min. H.S.C. holder with at least 1 year's experience in a DMC/HOTEL
- Proven experience in customer relationship
- Knowledge of touristic venues/products/sites would be an advantage
- Master both French & English perfectly (spoken/written)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- You need to be a passionate person
- Have an extrovert and outgoing personality
- Team player, proactive & methodical
- Highly-customer driven
- Able to work under pressure and during odd hours (day & night, week-end, public holidays) as and when necessary on shift basis
- 100% dedicated to reach a high level of customer satisfaction
- Should reside in the Plaine Wilhems preferably
