We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Management Executive/Senior Corporate Management Executive to join our team at Capital Horizons Ltd in Floreal, Mauritius. Capital Horizons is a 100% privately held organisation by the Kundomal & Co, which owns interests in financial services, fund managers, real estate development companies and Technology companies.
- Set up and day to day administration of companies, including GBC, AC, Seychelles IBCs, RAKK, RAKKEZ and foreign companies.
- Liaising with offshore bankers and government bodies such as the Mauritius Revenue Authority, Financial Services Commission and Registrar of Companies.
- Ensuring the systematic and timely filing of statutory financials by circulating and participating in discussions with the accounting team, auditors and clients regarding technical issues under Mauritian law.
- Ensuring compliance as per the laws and rules of the Financial Services Commission and Registrar of Companies.
- Keeping track of client billing and following up on accounts receivable.
- Handling client queries quickly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Performing any other relevant duties.
- Preparing of payments by respecting internal process and completing checklists.
- Liasing with Banks for account openings.
- Handle structures / clients and high-profile clients and ensure the expectations of the clients are being met within the agreed deadlines.
- Carry out administration work including corporate work, organising board meetings, preparing board packs, attending board meeting, if required and drafting of minutes.
- Statutory filing - Ensure records are properly maintained and compliant with local legislations.
- Provide support on clients’ requests. Ensure all transactions pertaining to the management of the clients’ affairs are executed promptly and efficiently.
- Liaise on an ongoing basis with clients and business partners.
- Handle a portfolio of clients being GBC1, Authorised Companies, Trust, and foreign companies.
- Conduct regular review and analysis on Client portfolios.
- Acts as liaison between client / contact and Domiciliation Offices in all jurisdictions.
- Deal with authorities, banks, auditors, and other service providers.
- Increase knowledge and understanding of the client portfolio and focus on cross-selling within the portfolio.
- Keeps up-to-date on legislative changes that could affect client structures.
- Maintaining a strong working knowledge of client portfolios / products.
- Provide information / statistics as may be required by Company and other departments within set timeframe
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, guidelines, including internal policies and procedures.
- Any other cognate duties in line with your capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• University degree in Business Administration/ Law/ Management.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in similar position in management company.
• Communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Team player and ability to work independently as well.
• Customer service orientation
