Corporate Administrator

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Collaboration: Work with a dynamic team, motivated to contribute to the company's success.
  • Meeting Management: Prepare and attend board meetings, ensuring all materials are ready and organized.
  • Client Assistance: Assist clients and manage a diverse portfolio of corporate structures.
  • Data Management: Input client data into the company's database accurately and efficiently.
  • File Reviews: Conduct regular file reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Transaction Monitoring: Perform weekly transaction monitoring to ensure all activities are legitimate and properly documented.
  • Reporting: Report findings and updates to the team leader or manager.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Documentation: Prepare agendas, board minutes, and board resolutions meticulously.
  • Regulatory Filings: Handle filings with authorities and interact with the Registrar of Companies, FSC, and MRA via online platforms.
  • Bank Liaison: Prepare and fill in bank account application forms and liaise with banks and clients as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree holder in Management or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of global business and due diligence and anti-money laundering requirements.
  • Proficient in using MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and overall good computer skills.
  • Good communication skills both written and spoken in French and English.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Fast learner and ability to adapt to changes.
  • Outgoing personality, positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, and within tight deadlines.
