Role Description

As a valuable member of the Sales Support team, the Contact Management Representative will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Gather Contact Information: Use platforms such as LinkedIn, phone, and email to collect contact information for targeted accounts.
  • Maintain Contact Database: Build, update, and manage the company’s contact database to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Verify Contact Profiles: Complete and verify the profiles of contacts to ensure all information is correct and comprehensive.
  • Communicate with Prospects: Effectively communicate with executive-level prospects both verbally (over the phone) and in writing (emails).
  • Schedule Meetings: Coordinate and schedule web conferences with prospects and clients for the sales team.

Candidate’s profile

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of one year of experience. Enthusiastic, apt, and driven candidates without experience are welcome, provided they demonstrate a strong desire to learn and succeed.
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in English & French
  • High energy, self-motivated, and eager to work in an international environment.
