Axess Ltd is hiring a dynamic Contact Center Representative who will be responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing calls, providing assistance to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
JOB OBJECTIVE
The Contact Center Representative will be responsible to handle both incoming and outgoing calls and provide assistance to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Handle all incoming calls politely, in a customer-friendly manner with the appropriate set phone greeting.
- Provide accurate information to customers on products and services.
- Screen customer requests properly and transfer to relevant personnel.
- Call customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies.
- Upsell products and services.
- Ensure that all calls are logged in as per procedures.
- Promptly e-mail relevant personnel all messages taken for calls which could not be transferred.
- Produce call reports.
SKILLS
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great active listening skills
- Telephone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
- Patient and empathetic
- Customer oriented
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- At least SC
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient with computer applications
- Proficient in French, English and Creole
- Available to work on weekdays from 08:00 to 16:45 and 08:00 to 12:00 on occasional Saturdays
