As a Commis III, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes that delight our guests. This is an ideal opportunity for a culinary enthusiast to gain experience in a dynamic, world-class environment while contributing to our legacy of excellence.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of senior chefs.
• Ensure food items are properly stored, labeled, and rotated according to food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times.
• Support the kitchen team in various tasks, including dish plating and mise en place.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

• Basic culinary training or relevant work experience in a professional kitchen.
