Collections and Recovery Agents

The Collections and Recovery Agent will gain knowledge in how to provide support to the operations of Cim Finance Collections and Recovery initiatives.

Main Responsibilities 

• Provide full assistance and support to any customer queries
• Filing and documentation 
• Complaint Handling 
• Able to lead repayment discussions, customer negotiations, dispute resolution
• Call customers who have overdue on their accounts and update diligently customers' file.

Candidate's Profile

• SC/HSC 
• Ability to us MS Tools
• Good communication skills (French & English)
• Listening Skills
