Our client is seeking a driven Client Relationship Executive to build strong client relationships, drive market expansion, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and senior executives within prospective and existing client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice and solutions.
- Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring smooth communication and a positive experience from initial contact through service delivery.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: - Work closely with the ratings and analytical teams to ensure that client needs are accurately understood and met.
- Collaborate with the legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure that contracts and agreements are structured in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Reporting and Market Intelligence: - Monitor and track business development activities, pipeline status, and sales performance.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on progress towards sales goals, market insights, and competitive analysis.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to represent the agency and gain insights into market trends.
Lead Generation and Market Expansion: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with financial institutions, and corporations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive market penetration and expand our client base across different sectors.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for business growth.
Education: - Post Graduate degree in Finance / Banking/ Business Administration/Economics/Accounting or a business-related field, additional qualifications will be beneficial.
Experience: - At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of credit ratings, financial markets, and related products and services.
- Experience working with senior executives and decision-makers.
