We are currently seeking for talented and motivated individuals to join our organization on a fixed-term basis for a period not exceeding 1 year.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality and timely service to customers;
- Greet, assist and respond promptly to customers' queries and complaints;
- Process, verify documents and follow up on transactions within set deadlines;
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data by conducting data cleaning processes;
- Assist team members on projects and assignments;
- File and archive electronic and physical documents as per established procedures for ease of future reference.
Qualification and Competencies :
- A minimum of a Higher School Certificate;
- Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals;
- Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives;
- Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
