Claims Officer - Non Motor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle non-motor cases.
• Accompany surveyors on complex claims as and when needed.
• Monitor repair estimates exceeding Rs 500,000 and report to the Claims Manager on next steps.
• For property damage claims, conduct a site visit, capture photos, and report to the Claims Manager for further action.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum HSC
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in similar position.
• ACII or any relevant courses pertaining to the insurance sector will be an advantage.
