We are seeking for experienced and dedicated Claim Handlers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical and travel claims, showcasing excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Claims Processing: Handle and process medical and travel insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and medical providers to gather necessary information and provide updates.
- Documentation Review: Examine and verify the validity of claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Cost Containment: Negotiate with medical providers to manage and reduce claim costs effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure all claims processes comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports on claims status and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical and/or travel claims handling.
- Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Technical: Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Languages: Bilingual abilities (English and another language) is a plus.
