Chief Steward

The Chief Steward will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of kitchen and dining areas in our establishment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and leading the stewarding team
• Ensuring all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned
• Enforcing hygiene and safety standards across the facility
• Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations
• Managing inventory, supplies, and waste disposal
• Training and developing staff to meet performance standards
