Café Operator (CCGB)

The Café Operator shall be responsible for the daily operations of our café outlet at C-Care (Grand-Baie), ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and maintaining high standards for food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise café staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen personnel.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and resolving customer concerns.
• Monitor the daily operations of the café, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Manage inventory and order supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper rotation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Handle cash, process payments, and manage the café's financial records.
• Develop and implement promotional activities and events to increase sales and attract customers.
• Train and develop café staff on service standards, product knowledge, and safety procedures.
• Analyze sales and performance data to optimize product offerings and services.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, including food safety and labor laws.
