The CX Specialist executes PTP tickets within stipulated SLA & relevant to ABI compliance policies by providing the resolution information. He should provide proper communication flow within ABI & ABI's suppliers. He should support the CX Lead and STP Experts in day-to-day payment related queries.

 

Key roles and responsibilities 

  1. Handling queries from internal & external stakeholders
  2. Working on tickets from GURU Portal (Payment Queries)
  3. Monitoring MIN Ageing Tickets
  4. Ensure usage of GURU tool
  5. Support on payment related queries.
  6. Support on P&B process
  7. Support on VIM queries
  8. Performing Dunning Verifications
  9. Usage of Dunning Robots
  10. Tracking reports in place
  11. Analyze patterns in payment issues per supplier/category of suppliers
  12. Participate in routine category calls for payment issues

Audit and Compliance 

  1.  Assure compliance to invoicing policies and procedures
  2. Establish appropriate audit trails and record retention per company requirements
Qualifications & Behavioral Competencies 

•Undergraduate degree in management, procurement, commercial or  equivalent
•Good understanding of ERPs ( SAP, SRM, Ariba etc…)
•Strong Analytical skills
•Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Communicating effectively by conveying information and ideas in a clear, meaningful, and timely manner, providing information to ensure understanding
•Establishing collaborative working relationships
•Executes with discipline and a sense of urgency
