Roles and responsibilities
Retention of Clients
- To handle all close policyholders request concerning reopening of close account.
- To execute retention manager’s decision by updating company client system.
- Actively promote the conversion of cash paying policyholders to digital and standing order / direct debit order platforms.
Reporting
- Daily follow up on long outstanding debtors.
- Daily communication with clients for arrears payment.
Notice of Cancellation
- To generate notice of cancellation letters and provide all administrative task.
Standing Order Payments
- To match all information concerning Standing order failure with respective policyholders and database.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Higher School Certificate
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Previous experience in call centre environment.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- IT literate -Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Working Hours: 08.30-16.30 Weekdays only.
