Roles and responsibilities 

 

Retention of Clients

  • To handle all close policyholders request concerning reopening of close account.
  • To execute retention manager’s decision by updating company client system.
  • Actively promote the conversion of cash paying policyholders to digital and standing order / direct debit order platforms.

Reporting

  • Daily follow up on long outstanding debtors.
  • Daily communication with clients for arrears payment.

 

Notice of Cancellation

  • To generate notice of cancellation letters and provide all administrative task.

 

Standing Order Payments

  • To match all information concerning Standing order failure with respective policyholders and database.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Higher School Certificate
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Previous experience in call centre environment.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • IT literate -Microsoft Word and Excel. 
  • Working Hours: 08.30-16.30 Weekdays only.
