CONSTRUCTION SURVEYOR

TRANSINVEST IS LOOKING FOR A CONSTRUCTION SURVEYOR APPLY NOW AND HAVE A CHANCE TO BE PART OF AN INCREDIBLE TEAM

The Construction  Surveyor will have to co-ordinate and attend with the Plant Manager on the Financial aspects of his mission.

Responsibilities:·

Assist in the preparation of the budget cost of Transinvest Gestion Materiel (GM).

Monitor deviation (if any) to the Budget forecast and report to GM Manager during the budgeted year.

Prepare/Monitor Claims of equipment renting to various TCL sites.

Assist/overview/advise the Manager on financial elements of GM operations.

Participate in ensuring the profitability/development of the GM.

Monitor future construction site under the control of the GM (Cost report/cash flow forecast)

Monitor & Verifying contractor/subcontractors claim, Interim and Final Account Statement/Variations Wk.

Assist Contract Manager for said construction site regarding following up of contractual matters.

Other duties as and when required.

Qualification and Experience:

BSC (Hons) Quantity Surveying

Minimum 5 years of experience.
