Neutratech Mauritius is looking for a Client Manager to make appointments with new prospects. Your role will be to contact these prospects to arrange a meeting with a sales representative who will present our products. Interested Candidates should send their CV on recruitment.mu@neutratech.com.
Main tasks:
. To Call prospecting from a database provided.
. Making qualified appointments for the sales reps in accordance with the defined targeting.
. Updating files and monitoring contacts in the management tool.
. Handling objections and feeding back useful information to refine the sales strategy.
.To work in collaboration with clients on active and future campaigns
Objectives :
. Obtain as many appointments as possible with decision-makers.
. Follow the call script arguments provided.
. Ensure a good conversion rate between calls and appointments.
Profile required:
.Experience in telemarketing.
.Excellent elocution and telephone skills.
.Ability to convince and handle objections professionally.
.Organisational skills and rigour in following up contacts.
.Hard working and Team worker.
