CLEANING SUPERVISOR

The cleaning supervisor is responsible for the monitoring of cleaning services and to maintain hygiene standards across SKC Surat Group.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness of building, such as Office, facilities and surrounding etc.
• Manage the stock of cleaning equipments.
• Coordinate work activities among departments and cleaners.
• Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedure, workplace safety and maintenance of equipment.
• Make recommendations for improvement of services and ensure more efficient cleaning as per HACCP requirement.
• Maintain and update HACCP records.
• Perform cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage.
• Attend staff meetings to discuss company policies and managements' complaints.
• Issue supplies and equipment to cleaners.
• Organise appropriate training for all cleaning staff.
• Other cognate duties

Qualification & Experience:

• Holder of a Higher School Certificate.
• 3 years of experience in managing a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipments and detergents would be an advantage
• Meticulous to details.
• Able to work on shift system.
