MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan painting jobs on a variety of vehicles

• Prepare vehicles to be painted and apply paint coats for touch-up repairs

• Remove rust and other debris from surfaces to be painted

• Select the proper colours and substances

• Check finished paint jobs to ensure that it is done according to quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• School Certificate 

• Certificate/diploma in automotive painting, or any other relevant qualification

• At least 5-10 years' experience in automotive painting 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Painting knowledge and techniques

• Meticulous, disciplined and team player
