CAD Technician

Are you a dynamic CAD Technician looking for a new challenge in a vibrant and supportive team environment? We are seeking a talented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for precision to join our team, starting in the new year 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing architectural and design presentations.

- Coordinating drawings between various disciplines (MEP and Structural).

- Documenting building details and specifications.

- Quality control monitoring of construction sites.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Certificate in AutoDesk®, Revit® or Graphisoft® (bonus if versed in Lumion® or Enscape®).

- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience in 2D & 3D technical drafting and BIM modelling.

- Experienced in coordination of drawings between design consultants (MEP/ SEng/ ID).

- Site experience on commercial and multi-residential projects.
