• Support the Business Resiliency Management program across business and functions as per the Accenture BRM policy and methodology
• Support the development of customized business resiliency services to meet business requirements Creation of new solutions and re-use/modification of existing solutions in support of Business Resiliency Plans and services
• Supports the alignment of new clients and/or services to the business resiliency program
• Liaise with Accenture business projects / functions to provide guidance on the development of business resiliency plans
• Provides input or guidance to the business projects / functions to maintain all business resiliency documentation and processes required
• Provides support to required assessments and tests related to the business resiliency
• Develop and support communication and training programs for the business to provide effective management of the business resiliency program
• Act as a local subject matter expert to provide support and guidance in the development of the business resiliency plan
• Support the BRM incident management activities within the crisis management processes and monitor lesson learned related to BRM
• Provide input into operational metrics for progress and compliance of business resiliency plans for leadership review
• Tracks compliance to the agreed business resiliency controls through ongoing reviews
• Develop and contribute towards the development of tools, templates, process, methodology and standardization for BRM and ensure that it is relevant and compliant with the industry standards
• Support business teams to provide business resiliency expertise to internal and external stakeholders
• As Required provide supervisory support to assigned team members
