About the Vacancy

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bell Boy to support our Front Office team at our two resorts in Mauritius. This role focuses on ensuring clients are always satisfied.

Your Role and Who You Are

We are looking for Bell Boy to become an integral part of our Front Office team. In this role, you will:

• Greet and assist guests with their luggage while checking-in, checking-out or transferring to another room.
• Assume proper decorum while at the lobby, according to RIU Hotels & Resorts Standard.
• Maintain proper procedures and ensure that you follow all the standard procedures.
• Ensure the delivery of messages, and other items requested by guests are being followed following the Operational Standards.
• Escort all Guest/s if necessary to their respective guestrooms.
• Man the Bell Boy’s desk.
• Ensure storage luggage according to established procedures.
• Report suspicious looking persons to Security.
• Ensure that all guests are treated in the manner that they deserve with elegance and first class service.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

 Qualifications:

·         Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

·         Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

·         Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Physical endurance and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting and bending.
