Prepare beverages of the different bars and deliver effective and efficient service to guests as per standards
Take part in training and implement accordingly
Train and motivate subordinates for which he/she is responsible
Keep his superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area
Be aware about the weekly/monthly roster and abide to it
Respect and abide to the grooming standard
Be aware of all cocktail recipes
Take guests’ order promptly and do the proper follow up
Interact with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement
Report customer complaints efficiently and reports to his/her superior
Propose the cocktail of the day to guests
Participate in Eco standard/sustainable responsibility set by the company
Check stock levels of the bar, prepare requisitions and ensure replenishment is done timeously
Ensure that closing down procedures are followed
Perform “mise en place” of the bar counter
Welcome guests and serve snacks and beverage
