Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares and serves a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers based on the standards of the hotel and their preferences;
• Keeps the bar area clean and well-stocked;
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining equipment;
• Responsible for creating and testing new drink recipes to keep the menu interesting;
• Ensures compliance with safety and health regulations;
• Being able to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently;
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
