Preskil Island Resort, part of Beau Vallon Hospitality, is a vibrant 4-star family hotel where a dedicated team strives to create unforgettable guest experiences. With over 250 employees, we believe that our success is driven by the talent and passion of our people. We are now seeking a passionate and organised Bar Helper to support our Food & Beverages team.
 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all surfaces, glassware, and equipment are sanitised and ready for use.

  • Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages.

  • Restock bar inventory and other necessary ingredients to ensure smooth service.

  • Collect and wash glassware, utensils, and bar tools promptly to maintain an efficient workflow.

  • Ensure customers are provided with excellent service by responding to requests and assisting in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Support bartenders during peak hours by handling basic drink preparation and keeping the service area tidy.

  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the bartender or bar manager.

PROFILE

  • Prior experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is an advantage.

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Friendly and approachable personality with good customer service skills.

  • Basic knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar equipment is a plus.

  • Team player with good communication and organisational skills.

  • Fluency in English and French is preferred.
