•At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
•Extensive experience in various massages techniques and spa treatments
•Good IT Skills including Ms Office Tools

Experience
•Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Wellness and Spa department
•Drive Wellness and Spa sales’ target for both product and services in collaboration with Resident Manager
•Anticipate, identify and ensure customer needs are being met in the best possible way
•Ensure close coordination with guests is maintained at all times throughout events
•Build relationship with guests in a professional and ethical way and attend to any guettst complaints
•Performs maintenance planning and organisation of fitness and spa operating equipment
•Sourcing, purchasing and receiving of day-to-day running consumables
•Produce monthly statistics as required
•Actively promote the spa, its treatments and services as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
•Ensure and contribute to marketing strategy and policy, benchmarking and corporate strategy
