Associate

Bay Capital Partners Ltd is looking for an Associate to strengthen its back office team. A working knowledge of fund accounting would be a strong advantage.

Bay Capital Partners Ltd (Bay), an independent investment firm, established since 2007 has an opportunity for an associate to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the counter-checking of the valuation of the funds managed by Bay;
• Responsilbe for the preparation of the daily valuation reports of the funds managed by Bay;
• Liaising with directors of the Company in relation to non-binding advice received from the sub-advisor(s);
• Liaising and interacting with brokers empanelled by the Funds in India for order execution, modification and other reason as may be required from time to time;
• Liaising with independent auditors of the Funds;
• Preparing the MIS of the Company;
• Dealing with any other general matter relating to the Company as may be required from time to time.
