Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all publicity & event articles in the store.
- Record the number and the kinds of supplies
- Store and release supplies or equipment
- Order goods & articles and collects same when received.
- Maintain the store area neat and clean and sanitized.
- Conducts regular inventory of goods in the store.
- Prepare articles & materials for marketing and advertising purposes.
- Help the stores officer for the preparation of orders.
- Greet and welcome customers to the store in a pleasant manner.
- Assist store staff in displaying products in an easy-to-locate manner.
- Assist and help customers in locating their items of purchase.
- Inspect items and products for any breakages or damages.
- Assist stores staff in managing inventory controls.
- Handle safely and delicately the items and products in a store.
- Cartwheel and haul customers’ purchases up to the exit point.
- Implement best standards in providing customer services in a store setting.
- To prepare all orders.
- To help in delivering logistics and materials at clients venue as and when required
- To help storekeeper in bond.
- Admin tasks including preparing purchase orders
- Any other similar duties as and when required.
- Available to work from Monday to Friday 7hrs to 17hrs and after working hours whenever required.
Qualification & Experience:
• At least School Certificate
• Computer Literate will be an advantage
• Must have knowledge and experience in storekeeping
• At least 2-year experience as Storekeeper
• Knowledge in basic bookkeeping
• Must be keen to details.
• Holder of a valid certificate of character
• Holder of a valid driving license
