KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in the day-to-day Sales activities and targets.
• Promote value-added products and services.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, retail, SME, primarily large contractors and corporate clients such as architects, engineers, and developers.
• Propose, develop and implement strategies to retain clients and attract new clients from the industry.
• To ensure that Salesman promote and sell all Drymix products in the region.
• Organise on the job training for Salesman.
• Building and maintaining good relationship with customers.
• Ensure proper merchandising of Drymix products.
• Ensure CRM is updated at all times for proper monitoring by Salesman.
• To guide and accompany Sales Representative during visits.
• Propose new ideas in order to increase sales.
• Submission of report on time and as and when required, such as sales reports, performance dashboards, and analytics.
• Commission calculations.
• Follow up on debtors ageing of subordinates.
• Collaborate with product development teams to meet market demands.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Abiding to Safety & Health Procedures.
