To effectively handle and convert all reservation and ensure accurate booking information is ascertained and communicated to the operational team
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Act as a “One Point Contact” for the Tour Operator, Agents and constantly interact with them in order to solicit Business
- Monitor daily performance and manage revenue through revenue and yield management techniques.
- Responding to all customers in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all bookings are completed accurately to the customer’s needs.
